Competitive Player Registration, Payment Schedule and Refund Policy
Players should confirm acceptance within 24 hours of offers being emailed. The paperwork to register competitive players is sent to parents. The first payment/deposit (nonrefundable) will be due at the time of acceptance ($500). All new players will need a headshot photo of your child and a copy of his/her birth certificate or passport to turn in to the club. Returning players will have this information already on file.
Club fees cover player and team league registration, professional coaching, training, field rentals and club operational expenses.
A payment plan can be set up with the club's Board but please request this upon acceptance..
Financial Aid is available to qualified families. To request an application, email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Financial aid will be reviewed and decided by Corte Madera Parks and Recreation.
Note: Competitive division players also pay for individual uniforms, tournaments, and travel expenses. (Competitive teams’ parents may also optionally choose to pay for uniform accessories, team parties, etc.)
Families with unpaid fees will not be able to register players in following years until all unpaid fee balances are paid in full.
Note: Information regarding families with unpaid fees may be shared with other Marin clubs.
- Deposit of $500 is due 24 hours after accepting invitation to a CMFC team.
- June 25th: Full balance of club fees due.
- After June 25: No refunds.
